WHO WE ARE?
AMSI & ASSOCIATES cc is a provider of Training including Skills programs which have been developed with the employed worker in mind. The objective of our programmes is to empower and up-skill employees with a view to improving productivity while at the same time addressing historic skills imbalances.
We consult on management and disciplinary issues and offer a full mentoring, coaching and support service for management and supervisory staff. An area of specialisation is that of Employment Equity and skills Development. We assist companies with EE reports and related matters as well as with the completion of Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports. We can assist with the formation of the EE/SD committee and training of the members of these committees.
All interventions are tailored for the adult learner and ensure portability and flexibility to meet the pace and level of the learner and employer needs.
Des Squire, (Managing Member), has a wealth of experience gained over the past 30 years while holding Senior Managerial and Directors positions.
AMSI & ASSOCIATES cc is a SMME and is accredited by the ETDP SETA
Under current legislation AMSI and ASSOCIATES cc is an exempt level 4 BBEE contributor.
